Iconic attackers evo bug

Already unlocked the icon evo with my icon swap tokens and now I am also experiencing this same bug but instead of incisive being awarded it awards power shot- which is in a later stage of the evo. I do not know if this is a UI bug. It is kind of ridiculous that I swapped 10 icon swap tokens for an evo that I do not know what playstyles I will be receiving.  Please fix ASAP.

lmqmdz6n8nui​ These upgrade calculations work in a specific order from left to right. In your case, when the Incisive Pass calculation occurred, the card may have already reached its limit (as shown in below image with negative sign). Subsequently, the Low Driven PlayStyle+ calculation triggered, which automatically upgraded the base low driven into low driven plus. This is why your card ended up without Incisive Pass. Hope you understand how these upgrades works in specific order. 

It had not reached 8 playstyles at the stage where incisive should have been awarded. I have done plenty of evo's without issue. 

Yea had the same thing happen to me and my dear endrick lol, the guy saying we messed up has gotta be wrong, i even projected the evo path on futbin and there my endrick gets the incisive pass, however in game, he does not, since it’s been a while since you posted and i just did the evo now, i guess we know now not to trust futbin evo projection. we f’ed up. 

EA support told me it was a UI bug and if I did the evo I would be awarded incisive. Then I told them and they closed my ticket lol. Company is a joke.
