In game system switching

When i switch formation in game the players dont go to the pre setting players position

for example  433 rw doue start should go to left wing but goes to cam cherki doesnt go to cam and go to left wing but when i pause the game and see my formation everybody is in the wright position this happend 2 in futchamp also lost connetion twice when i was up 5-2 and 6-4 and gave me the los please ea fixs the game.
