Match count on eafc26 playtime not syncing with UT leaderboard

I have been playing since early release, tried all modes and finished all objectives yet I still don’t have an access to transfer market on app. After contacting EAhelp I got zero help from them, their only response was to read the information from the website, offering zero troubleshooting and actual work, the level of incompetency is unbelievable! They only want to mark your case as fixed while it’s NOT!

I discovered that match count on playtime doesn’t work at all, and not syncing with match count on leaderboard UT, I want to know if others are facing the same problem/Bug (please check the photos attached) and does it affect transfer market access on app ?
