No option to sell a TL player wit an offer on X-box serie S, Career Mode

Hello!

I have a problem in Career Mode. I play on X-Box serie S and I see this: For an unhappy player who is put automatically on Transfer list, my club recieve offers, but i don't have the "accept" option or "negociate". There is blank(in the left [part of meniu offer player).  After a time, the biding club withdraw the offer, motivating that they don't have response for their option to buy form me or my club. It is a bug or I have to do something else?
