I have played more than 10 matches in pro clubs but I am not receiving any XP after completing the games.

Firstly, great game - really enjoying early access and the game modes have been enjoyable.
I am reporting a query related to xp not being awarded during FC CLUBS games. I have played 10+ games in clubs rush and I have not received any progress in the menus. My friends in the party of 3 received progress, but not me.
they are based in EU, I am in Africa, I don’t know why they received progress and not myself.

I have the same problem. I am stuck at level 0 and it is really frustrating.

Same chat support had no solutions for me and said their working on it , I tried everything on my end so it’s really just ea at this point.
my Pro Clubs progression on PC is stuck. After every match, I do not earn any AP or XP, and it says Max Level Reached after each match although I’m hard stuck on level 1. I’ve already reinstalled FC 26 and the EA App and deleted settings and files with no luck , please fix I bought the game for pro clubs only and sad to see I can’t even enjoy that. I bought the game just like two days ago with like 20 games played and no progress. I contacted ea support and they all said they were working on it so I hope the message got across, please fix !
