Not getting any count from watching the official Twitch stream

Not sure if this is an issue on EA's end or on Twitch's end, but me and several others are not getting the count we're supposed to towards the Twitch Drops from watching the official Twitch stream. Mine froze at 96%, while others on the live stream are commenting on being stuck at similar percentages.

I suspect this might be due to a setting on the streamers (EA's) end.
