not receiving the extra objective reward in division rivals

Hello,

I am plying division rivals and since joining the 5th division, I am not receiving the "1 out of 3 pick item", that is a second reward, for completing the extra match objectives: for example, my last 2 matches today. I was supposed to :

1. play the match with a team of the week player: played with my Modric(totw) card from the beginning - did not receive anything at the end, even though the objective was green at the end.
2. next match I had to score the last goal of the match: I scored the last 3 goals of the match, winning 4:3.  

Please find a solution and give me my rewards.
