Not registered that I’ve bought the game after 10hour trail ended

I played the trail before I purchased the game 7 hours into the 10hours i purchased the game, then after finishing the 10 hours it takes me to a Home Screen with the option to upgrade (even though I’ve already purchased the game) I still try to purchase but it says error and takes me to the same Home Screen, I’ve tried quitting the game 10 times, reset my Xbox multiple times, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, gone on the store and clicked the button that says”LAUGH. you own this game” and comes up with the trail over and over again, I’m so frustrated and angry is there any form of compensation, I’ve wasted 4 hours of my Saturday doing nothing and spent money on a game I can’t even play.
