Player not showing in quick selling recovery

so my mate quick sold my sophia wilson sbc version she was in my for about a week or something and he quick sold her so i said ok so i went to my quick sell recovery section on my companion app and i select the date which was the 29th of january 2026 and i scroll not there go to next page not there go to the last page not there so i refresh my page do the same process again shes not there wait afk on the quick sell recovery screen for 10 minutes refresh not there change time on my computer refresh not there wait 1 day to see if its a glitch not there i dont understand why is she not there so i go to ea help and chat with one of there advisers they tell me is it cus u have no recovery tools left nope i have 1 left is it becus you shes past the seven days period nope its been 2 days as im writing this is it becus u dont have enough coins nope have 1 mil coins then they say they cant give me her back themselves which is fair cus i could be lieing just to get a free sbc sophia wilson but im not i have proof i did her sbc and have proof shes not in the recovery section then they say they will pass it on to the higher ups ok thats fine but how will i get her back though thats the question so shes not popping up in the recovery section and thats it so anyway they take it to the higher ups so i say but how will they tell me if i can get her back or not they say u cant. Okayyyyyy but thats not fair though ill be real cus ill tell u exactly what will happen the 7 days until she expires period will go and ill come to ea and there say well we cant help u ill say why and i bet there say becus its past the 7 days period but thats all well and fine but ur adviser told me to wait for the higher ups so the next day, were on day 2 now ok so next day i have a chat with another adviser and he gives me lots of tips and tricks to get her back i try every single one none work bear in mind in these messages he sent me about the tricks and that he told me that these tricks where most worked by other or most succesful by others even though i tried every one and none worked but not just that nut the fact is that by him saying others that means others has experienced this so ur telling me u set up a recovery section for issues like mine about mates on ur account deleteing players but for it to not work ok ea so why set something like this up if it dont work in the first place im sooo done with this game btw ggs for my sophia wilson guys if u have any well worked tips to get her back then let me know but genuialy shes not popping up and no i didnt put her into another sbc she was in my squad and he deleted her from my squad so please lemme know but the only things for me that are popping up are silvers and golds in the recovery section
