Players randomly stop sprinting and start shielding the ball

Same issue here, costs me multiple goals en wins. Feels like a bug/cheat or hack

Have you tried multiple controllers? Maybe that's somehow an issue even though the inputs are recognized properly. So far I tried reinstalling the game and updating controller drivers but the issue still persists. I'm probably going to try with a different controller next, I don't have any other ideas right now. Seen this issue described a few times here but EA obviously doesn't give a **bleep**.

fyi new controller and game reinstall doesn't change anything. Unfortunately I will have to uninstall this game because there's frankly no point in playing if your players can randomly refuse to sprint. I understand bugs happen but it's pathetic than I can't receive any support having paid so much money for this game.

EA_Barry EA_Vendcera EA_QueenBee this is ridiculous, I can't play the game. I feel like I got scammed for 70$, I tried everything to solve this issue. No one replies for days, I'm sure this bug is not on my side, it's the game fault and no one is doing anything about it.
