Just had a full conversation with ea support and they said that there is nobody to contact in the developer team to investigate this and that they won’t follow up with the “feedback” provided after reviewing the case. They told me that they could see I have done 396 games on the account. You should see this insanity.

    crazy mate, i literally created a secondary account on the same console and got the market in 2 days, and my main account with 500 games nothing 

    Ea is crazy
