Positional Excellence Glitch

Hi there,

I got the Positional Excellence evo from completing the Pro Open Tournament and i decided to put it on Troy Parrott, i then finished the ultimate pro open tournament and got the pro live purple costmetic evo and i decided to apply that to troy parrott too because it was a nice card design. After i applied it he lost the chemistry positional excellence gave him. I spoke with the ea live support chat and one of them told me this is a common complaint and i could expect compensation or the evo put back into my account which i think is fair because EA give no warning about how this could override any other evo. Now i could be wrong so if i am please feel free to correct but from my knowledge i believe this is unfair and considering a live support chat staff told me i could expect compensation tells me a lot.
