Pre-Season Rewards Glitched

Same here , and EA chat is unable to fix it

I have’t yet got my fc26 preseason rewards. E en tho I got the Friday celebration already in fc26 but no packs

Same thing here did some objectives got a massage in game that i got some packs but did not get the packs in my store

I done the pre season tasks in FC 25 but I did  not receive the griddy celebration in game, I'm 100% sure I done the whole griddy cup task in game. 

Yes same, I did not receive the pre season reward neither. The Griddy celebration is missing, and I'm 100% sure i've done it.

I got only packs… no griddy! This game is a shame… all obj completed in fc25!

Did not recieve the pre season rewards from FC25, such as Griddy and all the packs...

Are they seriously not gonna do anything about it

I have the same problem, i didnt get my packs. I have them on the ea fc 25 store but i dont have them in the ea fc 26, is the same account but they havent migrated them to my 26 account :c

I didn't receive EA FC 26 Pre Season Rewards. I've completed griddy questline in FC 25 and as everyone I opened up my game right now to collect the rewards regarding the questline in FC 25 but I cannot see anything. I'd like some help about this.

Same ... not the 1st bug I've been subjected to since fc26 release ... happy to take my money though, the payment didn't bug.

Same but I just know it’s over they will not do anything

I completed many objectives on ea fc 25 for packs on ea fc 26 and i only got 3 packs wich is not supposed to happen, because i’m sure i should have more packs.
