Problem with the transfer market

Hi everyone, I need a little help. For the past three days, I haven’t been able to access the market, neither to sell nor to buy. Every time I try, I get a notification telling me to try again in 24 hours because I’ve reached the limit (even though I’ve barely played the game, let alone bought or sold anything), and it’s been like that for three full days. Is there any solution to this problem?
