SBC fomation error

I was just doing SBC and used squad builder to build the bones of the SBC it put my Juiles Kounde in to the sbc at Keeper along with a few other players, I took the player out that was not meant to be there sent them back to the club. upon summbit the SBC I got a error took me to the main menu I re enter UT. it sumbit the SBC along with Juiles Kounde and a handfull of other players I took out, I know there no chance at getting any of it back but this is the 2nd time it has happened to me on 6pm SBC content now. PC
