SBC player picks

Hi, I’m reaching out because I’m really frustrated with an issue I’ve experienced, and EA Help hasn’t been able to assist so far.

Earlier today, I completed the Paul Pogba SBC and was thrilled to finally add the missing link to my midfield. I opened the player pick on the Web App, carefully selected the CDM version — it fit perfectly with my team and was exactly what I needed.

However, after confirming my choice, I received the CAM version instead. At first, I thought it might be a visual glitch, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. I’m now stuck with the wrong version of Pogba, despite being extremely careful when making my selection.

I invested a lot of players and resources from my club to complete this SBC, so this is really disappointing. I’ve also reached out on X (Twitter) to @EAHelp and via EA Help support, but I haven’t received a proper solution yet.

Is there any way this can be corrected or reviewed? I’d really appreciate any help to get the version I actually selected.
