Self-created Coaches are deleted every time after update Squad Update

I'm putting it here because the Problem is pretty annoying. I used the Feature that lets you add your own Coaches. I've added a lot of Coaches to the Game (Career Mode). That's when the first annoying Bug occurs: you have to save every Time you make an entry because I can't write all 18 Coaches. For example, you take Kwasniok from 1.FC Cologne and have to save because if you go to the next Club, Kwasniok will be there. Now for the worse Bug. After you update the Squad, all the Coaches you created yourself are gone and you have to start all over again from the Beginning. Sorry, but that's not good.
