Server problems
Dear EA FC 26 Support Team,
I am frustrated with constant connection issues in FC 26 Ultimate Team Division Rivals and Squad Battles. These are not due to my internet, which I tested at 200 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. I have no issues in other online games like Marvel Rivals or Borderlands co-op.
Since the October 3rd patch, I have been disconnected mid-match 7 times in the last 8 hours. Each time, I get a loss and points deduction despite my stable connection. This is clearly a server issue, as others report the same on Reddit and your forums.
These disruptions ruin my experience and waste my time. I have played since FIFA 13 and never had to complain before. This is my second complaint, and I got no compensation for the first.
I request 50,000 FC Coins or multiple 12x Gold Players Packs to compensate for my losses and frustration.
