The Carabao Cup crashes your game.
Anything involving the Carabao Cup on career mode will crash your game. Try playing it or checking the standings. Only got past it by calendar simming. Plz fix

in any live start points career I do I can’t get past the first carabao cup game of the season whenever I try to play it or sim it the game just crashes. The real manager I selected turned into a generic ai generated player in a template kit both on the sidelines and in all the cut scenes. I also edited some players boots which made every player on my teams boots plain and black and every time I change them they just automatically go back to the plain black ones. But the crashing bug definitely need to be patched as I can’t even play the mode
Mine seems too crash at the end of November even if I sim to January it still crashes.
Mines the same, have you fixed yours yet, I haven’t been able to get to 2026 in career mode yet, I have tried everything possible

like i play match, win-draw-lose, and in the next moment, after window with all matches result game freeze for a sec and just crash w-o any error showed.
I deleted profiles, reinstall game, checking files via steam and still no result.

Summary of the issue: game starts loading for 5 seconds, then crashes with no error message. The screen goes black and game turns off. Also, the created avatar is not available in game. It shows up in the live career main menu in the top right hand corner, but a generic bald avatar is created during the cutscenes in career mode.

I have tried making a new save file , I have also tried advancing the career directly on the calendar but the game always seems to crash. This is so disappointing and frustrating as I have managed to make such a good season with Cambridge United and it would be so sad to have to restart a new career and lose all my progress. Also, I don’t want to start a new career if I know it will crash again thus losing all my progress once again. The generic avatar is also ridiculous. It spoils the whole realistic experience of the game. I am truly upset and expect a solution ASAP. I paid so much money for this game!EA_Shepard hello sir? Any feedback?

I get to December and then as I advance time to get to the next match. I will suddenly crash. Second save this has happened in. First one of which was straight after a cup game where for some reason I got drawn against a women’s team whilst playing as Hamburg in the bundesliga ?
I have the same problem and also tried every possible thing on PC. Also crashes like in november-december. EA do your work!
