The world's game objective Quarter and Semi final not tracking

I finished the worlds game mode 3 time to get the 2500 points guess what the game got that i reached the final won the whole tournament but not the semi so im not able to get those objectives done

Not that only when i go back to the ultimate team to play an online game the match is a black screen while everything else is working 

So what am i supposed to do now ea 

* Deleted the game then downloaded it again didn't work *

there’s an objective in the fc hub where you get rewards for playing the new game mode and reaching certain stages of the competition but the quarter finals one isn’t completing for me but all the others one have so it says i’ve reached the final but not the quarter finals 

I have completed the World Cup twice and only the semi final of the objective didn’t count, reach the final and tournament win counted apart from the semifinal please fix.  The picture is below

Happened to me as well. Won the tournament twice playing all the games and  still didn’t work. They do need to fix it 

I completed the group of objectives but I didn’t got the reach the semifinals one after playing the tournament 2 times and winning it both times I played 

Same for me as well. It’s frustrating.
