Uncontrollable menu

Sometimes when scrolling through the menu it starts moving uncontrollably to the right, like if I was holding the right D-pad. I don't know if there's something that is triggering it or something but it happens almost every time in less than 5 minutes of starting the game. Sometimes the bug starts right away after opening the game or 5 minutes after.
I am on PC using a Dualsense + my keyboard and mouse connected. I know it's not my controller since it doesn't have drift and works fine in other games. It still happens even if I disconnect my controller and scroll in the menus with my keyboard. 
When it happens, it rarely gets fixed by itself for less than 30 seconds, then it comes back again. It only gets fixed sometimes when I alt-tab and stay off the game for a few minutes.
If anyone does know a fix for this it would be greatly appreciated.
