What’s that!?

I was playing FUTChamps fc 26 25/10/2025 3:35 PM and i was defeated because of a bug which my opponent do not have and he won the match easily , that is not accepted at all and i need a compensation for this  loss  , it's a shame  for this game and company, how is that even possible? My game camera was standing in one spot for last 30 minutes of the game. I was in winning position 3:1. Totally shameful.
