XBX Ultimate Edition Unplayable/Prompt to buy Standard Edition XB X/S version

I bought the XB Series X/S Ultimate edition, and no menus will show up before or after the opening intro. You can hear selections being made, but there is nothing but a black screen. I have done everything suggested to fix the issue, but nothing is working. I was able to load the XB One edition and play that, at least until the update earlier. Now I'm being prompted to purchase the standard edition when loading both the XB One and the XB Series X/S versions. I have also tried all fixes suggested for this, including reinstalling the game and resetting my XB to refresh licenses.
