Black screen in FUT champs

FUT Champions Matches Start With a Black Screen on Xbox — Opponents Can See the Game

Platform: Xbox
Game mode: Ultimate Team — FUT Champions
Issue: Black screen from kick-off

Every time I enter a FUT Champions match in EA SPORTS FC 27 on Xbox, the screen is black from the very beginning of the match.

The only things visible are the scoreboard and selected-player indicators. The game continues running, but I cannot see the pitch, the ball or the players properly. My opponent appears to be able to play normally, leaving me at a massive competitive disadvantage.

This happens from the start of the match, rather than randomly during gameplay. It makes FUT Champions extremely difficult or impossible to play fairly and can cost me matches and rewards.

Please investigate this issue urgently and advise whether there is a fix or any appropriate resolution for players affected by this bug.
