My UT ranked player isn't in my binder. I had claimed my rewards from the ranked h2h mode for the julius brents card and nothing happened. Didn't get my card for reaching and staying at champion 2.

i did not receive my reward either, this is the second time this has happened to me, last season i didn't receive the reward i earned, this season i didn't get my reward at all.
