Unable to pass the team pass selection in MUT

Since the update yesterday, I’ve been unable to pass the team pass selection screen in Madden Ultimate Team. I’m presented with the option to purchase the pass, which I’m not interested in, or cancel. However, I don’t have the choice to select the free pass. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Online chat support has been no help. I was advised to reach out here for assistance, so I’m hoping someone here can provide some guidance or suggestions. I’ve tried resetting the cache, restarting my Xbox, and deleting and reinstalling the game. I play on Xbox Series X. Interestingly, when I logged into my father’s account, he has the option to select the free pass, but on my account, I don’t have that option.
