be a pro freeze

I'm in my third season in "Be a Pro", and when advancing to the next day the game requires a conversation with my agent to "renew a perk".  The screen displays my avatar speaking to the agent, and it freezes at this point.  I have rebooted, hard-rebooted, uninstall/reinstalled NHL25, cleared the cache...etc.  I keep getting to the same point in the game and it freezes requiring me to go to the Xbox home screen to quit the game - please help.
