Be a pro own goal

I was playing be a pro and an own goal was scored but literally 15 players were on the ice and the mascot too. This was an issue in NHL 24 and I thought it was fixed. I'm upset because I paid $70 for this. I just want the game to be playable and good. Right now it is not. I have a clip of it on my Xbox l. I don't know how to send it to you guys.

    Update it happened again and 18 PLAYERS and THE MASCOT WERE ON THE ICE. This is getting ridiculous. If EA wants to be the only NHL game, it needs to be better. This has been a problem for years. PLEASE FIX IT.

    Since the latest update I haven't come across this again but I need to play the mode longer to check it fully
