Lost player overnight

To whoever is reading this from ea. I completed both 99 overall team builder sets for jagr and chara last night. I even used jagr as a wildcard in the wildcard mode. 

I logged in today to only find chara on the team and jagr is now missing. I’ve gone through support chat and have been told to wait since this could be a bug. My case got closed so I don’t know if I need to reopen a new one or post here like I was told to do. 

I hope this can be resolved soon because this is a big loss in progress and money. Pictures attached show I completed both sets and jagr in wildcard line up. And then last one shows only

chara on the team now.
