Tried everything to fix the issue and it still freezes when in CHEL or even customizing my character. Anyone know the actual fix for this

Hello. I'm playing NHL 25 on XBox series X. My controller freezes intermittently mid-game. I haven't been able to figure out any buttons im pushing that make it happen. I've tried another controller, and I get the same problem. Any ideas what's going on? Is it a known issue?
