I bought a protect the net choice pack from the hockey ultimate team store and when it opened the game crashed on me! I reset the game and went back in and tried to open the pack again from my unopened packs an the game froze again! I waited almost 24 hours and tried again an the same result! I brought to EA's attention still not working as of this post! Was wondering if anyone else is having the problem as I am with certain packs from the store?

Can you please link the video for me? Also, what day did you open the pack? Did you open multiple Protect the Net choice packs?
There's the link and I believe it was dec 06 is when I opened the pack! I only opened 1 of those packs I believe! Now I've opened other packs before and after that pack and everything has been fine ! Up to this writing I still can't open my choice pack and the event ends at the end of this week! So seems like EA just screwed me for over 35 dollars seeing how nobody has a answer for this!

Is there no error? It just hangs on that screen? Also, it looks like maybe the video was clipped at about 12 seconds. Is it possible get one un-edited?
Is this pack still in your inventory?Also, have you checked your inventory for any 84 rated Protect the Net items? Go to My collection and hit Y/Triangle to search for them. Normally, when this happens the item goes to your inventory.
Ya I stopped the video prematurely at 12 seconds but that's all I get is the blank screen!!! I'm after buying more packs afterwards and no problems opening them! Ya the pack is still in my unopened packs an I've tried opening again today and the same thing ! It's like it glitches out everytime I open it ! I've tried waiting for a couple minutes after opening the pack and nothing ! Everytime I try opening it I have to stop the game and reopen the game to be able to play!
This is the 3000 point choice pack so nothing has gone to my inventory!
No error message either as you could see ! This is the first time in 12 to 14 years that I've ever had any problems with the nhl games ! I'm a long time loyal fan of EA and there hockey games!!! All I want is this pack or my 3000 points back to open another pack! I get issues happen but man it's hard to get anything done with these things!
