Playing NHL 25 xbox I go from playing behind my team to the other out of blue

I have been playing the NHL 25 for a while and lately when I am playing the first period it shows my perspective playing from behind my own team that I chose, Leafs, so when the second period starts all of a sudden the perspective of the camera has flipped I have done nothing so it now show me playing from being the opposite team not my own and is so confusing and weird I have to stop playing because no matter what I do it stays the same and I cant play it like that.
