[Bug] Custom Strategies / Tactics Keep Resetting to Default

Description:

Customized team strategies and tactical settings fail to save and constantly reset back to their default values.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the Strategy / Tactics menu.

Change tactical settings or sliders and save.

Exit the menu.

Re-enter the Strategy / Tactics menu.

The settings have reverted to their original default state.

Expected result: Saved tactics and strategy settings should persist after saving and leaving the menu.

Actual result: Tactics reset to default every time.
