Community ManagerAre you holding down the stick tie up button on faceoffs?
I don't use stick tie-up. Otherwise, I get a interference penalty even when I have it set to 0 in the sliders.

What mode is this happening in? Also, I assume you're the Blue Jackets or are you playing against a friend who is taking the penalty?
I spend the most time in Play Now either by myself or with friends, where this bug happens regularly, or in Be a Pro, but I haven't had that kind of problem there. In the video, I was playing for the Blue Jackets.

Is this happening on every faceoff? Does it also happen when you're going up instead of down? Are you hitting any buttons at all once the faceoff is won?
