[UNDER INVESTIGATION] Plant Pass Progress Reset And Missing Rewards

I just reached level 10 of the pass, where I should be able to unlock "Zapture." Since I already own the plant, I was supposed to get seeds instead, but I didn't receive anything. Is that how it works, or is it a bug?

Got the same issue ,claim reward and got no seeds unlike previous pass.

Yeah, it happened to me too and on top of that my plant pass got reset from the beggining, i was on level 10 of it

What's worse is that this issue was, in fact, already present during the Dangerine Pass. I had previously unlocked Dangerine, and when I claimed the Dangerine unlock reward at Pass Lv. 10, I received 100 Lime-Bomb Seeds, as opposed to the correct amount and types of seeds, (i.e. 50 Lime-Bomb Seeds, 25 of Sun-shroom and Peashooter seeds each) just as you described.

Furthermore, the Plant Pass itself seems to be...... broken. Not only did it reset twice in two consecutive days, today, it also disabled Weekly Tasks. It was simply...... locked.

This issue is quite urgent, and I truly hope that it gets addressed quickly. 'twould be a great shame for PvZ3 to fall once more due to a bug like this.

A bug fix was released and reset the Plant Pass Progress - but by substituting a new pass. And now you’re not premium anymore and have to pay again! Note that the bugged Premium pass was also MORE EXPENSIVE! Tell me about being premium.

The first screenshot is to prove that I HAVE purchased the premium pass.

I had thought the progress reset was to resolve the issue of not giving anything upon claiming the plant.

The new game pass released yesterday 25/06/2026. I made it to level 8 or 9 last night but today my progress has been unexpectedly reset.
