Zaptail Line Can't Chain To Same Lane

Zaptail and it's evolutions can ONLY chain to zombies in adjacent lanes, not to nearby zombies in the same lane. 

This makes no sense logically and severely limits the capabilities of the Zaptail lane, so I'm considering it a bug rather than a feature that should be added. It should be able to chain to the same lane OR adjacent lanes, bouncing between them.

Like, even if the zombies are RIGHT next to each other, the lightning won't go between them.
