aspect ratio/resolution bug changing my desktop resolution

im sick and tired of having to rearrange my desktop icons when i open this **bleep**ing game...
it always opens in some other aspect ratio or resolution changing my whole screen from its native resolution of 4k 21/9 ratio, and rearranging my desktop icons and its mentally frustrating.
ive actually been enjoying the game but these small bugs are hella annoying.
i have to use a third party borderless app just to get this full screen without **bleep** bugging out.

i also have to restart the **bleep**ing game if i dont have my controller on just to register the controller......
i get this is early access but come the **bleep** on, this is basic **bleep**.
