Bought 1,000 San Van Bucks to buy 2800 Tix

Game Took 300 San Van Bucks from my account and didnt give me a single Tix Currency the first time trying the exchange. Its bought a random set of Trucks from the San Van Bucks Store.. this is an insane bug that needs fixed ASAP. Not in a month not in a couple weeks it needs hot fixed within the first week of Season 1. Also MAJOR Frame drops and Screen Freezing.. i also expect to be reimbursed that first 300 SVB because i do not want the item it randomly bought for me while holding A to buy the tix… i didnt want it and dont want it. I want my san van bucks AND the 1400 tix added on top for having to even deal with this kind of bug. The games robbing USD from players who does this exchange feature and its purchasing things WE DONT WANT on an entirely DIFFERENT store page.
