Bug

I’m on PC (username: kuna) and I’ve been playing for over 10 hours because the game is actually fire, but it’s starting to mess up. After that long session, it kept timing me out every 10 minutes, and when I logged back in today, I randomly got achievements for reaching max level in a city I haven't even unlocked yet. Can you guys look into my account and fix whatever is causing the constant disconnects and the glitched progression?
