Having a similar issue on Xbox Series S. When I upload videos the game says the video failed to upload although it usually still successfully uploads to my Xbox, but the clip that uploads to my Xbox is generally only the last 2-3 seconds of the clip I made in the replay editor. My game also crashes about 50% of the time after attempting to upload.
