With the Season 3 update we can no longer teleport to players through the Social Menu. The "Teleport" option is just completely missing from the list now. The only way currently to teleport to anyon...

I can confirm that this is actually As Designed. The teleport option being directly in the Player Menu on the San Van tab (now named Spectate tab) was not intended. You can still teleport by selecting the Spectate option and holding A/X, and the Teleport option is still available directly in the Player Menu for Party Members and Friends.
Why is this option hidden behind the specific spectate option, when selecting someone in the social list already functions as a soft-spectate. It's not like I can look at their names without the game loading/rendering them and the area they're in.
The monthly missions added recently require players to teleport to other skaters, while this functionality isn't explained anywhere and is only available 1) while in a party via the map 2) to random players in a spectate mode that has no obvious use.. and NOT via the map.
