Can not play skate. Pass challenges due to softlock

I have been softlocked since the beginning of public release on the "go to the balcony" mission from the tutorial. Due to that softlock, i can not obtain any tickets for the season pass as no missions appear for me.

Was thinking of buying the skate.pass but now im definetly not buying it.

Btw, I am using the same psn Account since skate 3, and the 250 svb have not ben given to me.
