Collision bug near the ORB area

There's a collision bug near the Market Mile community park. Ive attached the video to this post. 

PS. Im surprised by the lack of QA in this game. (Eg. Mission bugs, collision bugs that I know of now,  "assuming" minimal team communication like the missing premium long white sleeve shirt that was showcased in the promo trailer and billboard, etc.) 

Please hire an actual team of QA and QC people. Sometimes, the game lacks polish.
