DLCS Bounties - Tier 4 Own the Lot Challenges does not work

DLCS Bounties - Tier 4 Complete Goals in Market Mile Own the Lot Challenges is broken.

I have done 4 challenges in own the lots in market mile, 3 in Roll'ems and 1 in Bank on it and still have 0/4 progression in the bounty. I am now stuck progression wise on the DLCS branch of the crew bounties, I haven't had this issue in the other branches of crew bounties, only the DLCS one.
