Exit grind button bails/Grinds continue after rail ends/curves

1. The exit grind button results in the player character bailing.
2. Grinds will sometimes continue through the air/solid ground objects (not walls) after the grindable surface ends/curves, then the player character bails.

I first noticed this ~1 week after the game entered early access in the same game session. The issues weren't present for me when the game entered early access.
