Exporting video limbo state

Exporting a clip doesn't record after the countdown prompt and leaves me in a limbo state without the hud or button controls, I can only fly around in the replay editor and have to alt-tab to quit.

And it only happens after I've already successfully exported 3-4 clips. Maybe it's a RAM issue?
