Full pull tour FROZEN - Hedgemont NOT WORKING

Hello, I am experiencing my Hedgemont not working. The skateshop is not accesible with the right joy stick. Reads 3300/800 ready to level up as I have done challenges with friends. No challenges appear on the map and top left says 1/3 on full pull tour. Won't let me click or untrack challenge. 

Someone PLEASE HELP with a solution
