Game Crash - Loading Isle of Grom [PC]

I played the event yesterday and exited the game in the Nike Skate park. Now today when i go to load in it tells me its loading Isle of Grom, loading shaders then just crashes the game. Not sure if it is because I keep joining a full grom session?

Edit: I was finally able to get in after 5 attempts and Im not logging out on grom just in case that is the issue.

PC Specs:

  • MAG Z790 Tomahawk WiFi (MS-7D91)
  • 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K (3.40 GHz)
  • NVIDA GeForce RTX 4070 Super
  • Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5-6400 CL42

it took me many tries to finally get in which is def not normal. but i did run into a similar issue yesterday with the game crashing trying to get to grom from san van. if you are able to get in i wouldn't exit the game on grom cause ive had luck logging into san van after i was lucky to load in earlier

    Hey there,

When you are trying to get in, and it's not working, is there any workaround you try before attempting again?

I tried about 4-5 times instantly starting when the game loaded up but it just configured, loaded shaders showing isle of grom then crashed when almost done with shaders.

The one time I was successful was when I waited a few minutes on the main menu (I was writing the bug report) then tried again and it worked. Since then I have been going to San Van to exit the game so I'm not spawning on grom, I think my cpu was spiking when trying to join such a populated lobby causing it to abruptly crash with no error messages. I was also running 240 fps and since changed to 60 fps since that is also causing my cpu to run hot (on grom)
