Game takes too long to load / Performance & optimization issues

I am writing to report performance problems I have been experiencing in the game. The game takes an excessive amount of time to start and feels poorly optimized. I also get frequent frame rate drops and stutters.

It takes around 20 seconds, and often 30 seconds to up to a full minute, just for the loading screen or the initial interface (like Javelin or Easy Anti Cheat) to appear. After that, the game still loads slowly and requires more time before I can click anything or start playing.

I am using a PC running Windows 11 25H2, with all drivers fully updated (both NVIDIA and Intel). My SSD is extremely fast and loads other applications instantly, so these loading times are not normal. The issue happens consistently every time I launch the game.
