Head stretching everywhere

Sometimes when I launch the game, my character's head will be stretched all over the place. Not sure how else to describe it. I've tried fast traveling, starting sessions, but nothing except closing the game and relaunching it fixes it, and sometimes that doesn't even work. It would be nice if we could exit to main menu so I don't have to fully close and relaunch the game repeatedly until it's fixed. This is my fourth launch and it's still happening.
